
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Wispers Day Spa, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. To show consideration to our team and other clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation and no-show policies below.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us enough time to offer your spot to another guest.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or frequent rescheduling may require a deposit to book future appointments.
No-Show Policy
A “no-show” is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling in advance. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
After two no-shows, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure future bookings.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the next guest. You will still be charged for the full-service time booked.
Booking Deposits
For select services or group appointments, we may require a deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward your final service cost. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
